The artwork of Harriet is an ongoing and exciting journey of discovery, exploration and integration; an unfolding story of creativity.
I'm an artist and illustrator and has studied in various arty educational establishments throughout England, including Cambridge School of Art, where I studied Illustration. I exhibit work (the artist bit), accept illustration commissions and have recently embarked on producing a beautiful range of gifts for your friends and family, shipping anywhere around the world.
Not so long ago I moved to the stunning Yorkshire wilderness in England with my husband, Mr Q and country loving canine companion, Hector. The playground behind our house comes equipped with beautiful waterfalls and magical woods teeming with wildlife. We are also surrounded by the fascinating history of the Industrial Revolution and much of the architecture from that time has been beautifully preserved. Much of my work reflects this world. In Cambridgeshire, where I used to live (in the flat fenland), I worked as an Artworks Co-ordinator with adults with learning disabilities, sold greetings cards in various retail shops, demonstrated in art shops as well as exhibited in group and curated shows (see below).
I am a member of the Association of Illustrators. I do accept commissions, collaborations and any good ideas, so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to make contact. As a product, my aim is to make art accessible and affordable as gifts and to encourage as many people as possible to hang paintings on their walls. Just as each book (or kindle) holds within it many stories and dimensions of intrigue, so, too, does the painting that hangs in your home. Many of my original artworks are small and finely detailed, please bear this in mind when looking at blown up images on this site.
You can find work for sale when you click the Shop link on this website.
